Desert Dreams Boutique offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99.00!
Shipping is $6.95 for all orders under $99.00.
In the event of a Return, the cost of our Pre-Paid Return Label is $6.00
So, this is how our shipping goes:
- All Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days from our warehouse located in Phoenix, AZ & that processing time could be quicker depending on the amount of Coffee our staff has had that day. 😜
- Shipping time for US orders typically takes between 2-7 business days from the time it's sent, meaning when it leaves our hands at the warehouse. Life happens, delays happen, but we are not responsible for any delays of your package once the shipping carrier has your package in their possession! Sorry!
- Local Pick Up? Nope, unfortunately not at this time, but we hope to real soon.
- At this time, we only ship to addresses within the USA.
Up Late-Night ordering on the weekend while sipping some wine?
- Have Fun & Shop Away, but know that All Orders placed after 12:00pm(MST) on Friday will not be processed for shipping until Monday unless it's a Holiday, then it'll be Tuesday.
- Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required.
Desert Dreams Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx shipping
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We do offer ShipInsure Protection which can be purchased at checkout.
- Overspending on your order due to drinking wine & shopping our website
- An upset husband when he receives the Credit Card bill & sees how much you spent at "Desert Dreams Btq".
- Misplacing your package when you had to hurry up & hide it from your husband.
Where's My Package???
- First ask your Husband or Significant other if they've seen your package 😜
- If you still have any issues locating your package, please contact your shipping company and they should be able to help you locate it.
- We are more than happy to help you, but keep in mind we only have the same access to the same information that you do via your tracking number.
- Your shipping confirmation email will provide you with your tracking number & the shipping provider that was used.
- Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- We primarily use USPS to ship our packages, but depending on the size of the package or the cost of shipping an order we may elect to use UPS or Fed Ex at our discretion.
- If you purchased our ShipInsure Package Protection at checkout & have any package issues, please contact ShipInsure thru the email they sent you or thru the link listed at the bottom of our website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
