Refund policy
Desert Dreams Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Desert Dreams E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Items can be returned within 30 days from of the date your order shipped for a Store Credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of a Desert Dreams e-gift card.
Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for another size or item, however, we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase the size you want.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 DAYS of delivery.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Jewelry, Hats, Handbags, Gift Cards, Sunglasses, Key Chains, Hair Accessories and all other Accessories are Final Sale for sanitary safety.
- All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 35% or marked final sale.
- We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
- Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell, alcohol stains & similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.
