Desert Dreams Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Desert Dreams E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from of the date your order shipped for a Store Credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of a Desert Dreams e-gift card. 

  • Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for another size or item, however, we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase the size you want.

  • Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care here within 3 DAYS of delivery.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Jewelry, Hats, Handbags, Gift Cards, Sunglasses, Key Chains, Hair Accessories and all other Accessories are Final Sale for sanitary safety.
  • All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 35% or marked final sale.
  • We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
  • Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell, alcohol stains & similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Defective Items:

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Ship Your Return:

Package your items up. We recommend using the package we sent the items to you in or package sizing closest in size to your items.

  • Start your return process by clicking the Return Portal Link here.
  • The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Desert Dreams E-Gift Card) when you use the return label provided by Desert Dreams.  
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount (minus your $6.00 return label cost) to a Desert Dreams E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once it is received in our warehouse.
