Returns

Do You Accept Returns?

Eligible Items can be returned within 30 days from of the date your order shipped for a Store Credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of a Desert Dreams e-gift card. 

How do I start a return?

Returns can be started through our Return Portal. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label.

What items are final sale?

All sale items, accessories, jewelry, handbags, hats, sunglasses, hair accessories, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Holiday items once that Holiday has passed.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We do not offer direct exchanges or refunds to the original payment method. Instead, returns are issued as store credit so you can reorder the size or item you prefer.

Shipping

What Are Your Shipping Times?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within the U.S. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.

How Much Is Shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.95 on all orders. In the event of a return, the cost of our pre-paid return label is $6.00, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Do You Offer Local Pickup or International Shipping?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup and only ship within the United States.

What If My Package Is Lost, Delayed, or Marked as Delivered?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number or utilizing ShipInsure Package Protection if purchased at checkout.

Orders + Payments

Can I cancel or modify my order after checkout?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.

When will I receive my order confirmation

Yes. You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive it within 1 hour, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check on the status of your order.
